Pre-payment of Treatment in Full
- A discount of 6% is provided for direct one-time payment made by cash, check, or credit card prior to the placement of appliances.
Office Payment Plan
- An initial payment is due when treatment begins and the remaining balance may be paid through monthly payments during the course of treatment.
Orthodontist Fee Plan (OFP)
- Does not require an initial payment.
- Payment plans, from 24-60 months, with low finance charges are available.
- Pre-payment can be made at any time.
- Tax advantages may apply.
To make payment options more convenient, we accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard. Pre-authorized monthly credit card payments are also available.
